Ombars are made from excellent quality organic Ecuadorian cacao that has been processed at much lower temperatures than most to preserve cacao's vital qualities.

Ombars are sweetened with organic coconut blossom sugar - the most sustainable sugar available. Unrefined and naturally low glycemic (35 GI).

Ombars are infused with loads of good stuff. We have antioxidant rich chocolate which is enriched with freeze dried fruits such as goji, acai and cranberry; and now we have probiotic chocolate - delicious chocolate infused with lactobacillus rhamnosus!


Ombars were born about three years ago. Since then, they have been growing and evolving into what you see here. We're very proud of them and are encouraging them out the door and into your lives via the local wholefood shop.

There's been many changes recently, the biggest being the launch of our new Probiotic Chocolate bars - chocolate infused with friendly bacteria like a yoghurt.
