Recipe: Ombar meltshake with Coco Mylk chocolate

Ingredients

  • Ombar Coco Mylk chocolate
  • Plant-based milk of your choice

Method

  1. Place your Ombar on a plate, and sit in the sun for roughly 10 minutes to let it slowly melt. If you haven’t got a sunny spot handy, you can also use a microwave. Break up your Ombar into a microwavable bowl and place into the microwave on a medium setting. Blitz for 10-15 second intervals, stirring in between the intervals, and be careful not to let it burn. 
  1. Once melted, pour the Ombar into a glass of chilled plant-based mylk and stir until they have perfectly blended. Now sit back and enjoy a cool, refreshing and delicious meltshake!
